平素はgusuku Customineをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

2025年11月27日11時52分頃から12時47分頃まで、gusuku Customine Job Runnerで作成したジョブが接続元のIPアドレス制限を設定しているkintone環境に接続できず、ジョブが実行出来ない問題が発生しておりました。

こちらの問題は現在復旧しております。

■ 発生日時

2025年11月27日11時52分頃から12時47分頃まで

■ 障害の内容

kintone側のアクセス制限の設定にて、接続元のIPアドレス制限を設定している環境において、
Job Runnerで作成した「定期実行タスク」「kintoneアプリのWebhook」が
「アクセスするには認証が必要です」「HTTP Error Code: 403」などのエラーで実行できませんでした。

■ 発生原因

Job Runner の実行基盤環境の更新に問題があったため。

From around 11:52 AM to 12:47 PM on November 27, 2025, jobs created with gusuku Customine Job Runner were unable to connect to kintone environments that had IP address restrictions configured for the source IP. As a result, the jobs could not be executed.

This issue has now been resolved.

 From around 11:52 AM to 12:47 PM on November 27, 2025

■ Details of the Issue
 In kintone environments where access restrictions were configured to limit source IP addresses, “Scheduled Tasks” and “kintone App Webhooks” created with Job Runner failed to execute, returning errors such as “Authentication is required to access this” and “HTTP Error Code: 403.”

■ Cause
 The issue was caused by a problem during an update to the Job Runner execution infrastructure.
